Who is responsible
The provider named in the imprint is the controller under the GDPR.
What we process
The name and optional context you enter, the email address or account you use to verify that the scan is about you, and the email address you give us for replies when you send removal requests.
Why, and on what basis
Only to run the scan you asked for, to send the removal requests you ask for, and to make sure you can only scan yourself (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
One-off scans are processed in memory and discarded. We do not keep names, answers or reports. Closing the tab deletes the report.
Who receives it
To answer the scan, your name and context are sent to the AI model providers we query, through OpenRouter. Removal requests go by email to the providers you choose, through our email provider. Payments are handled by Stripe, which keeps its own payment records. The website is hosted by Vercel and the scan service by Fly.io, which process technical data such as IP addresses.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and to complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
